1959 Foundation of Roventa SA, in Bienne
1972 Merger of Roventa SA with Henex SA, in Tavannes
1983 Production moves to new and modern manufacturing premises at Route de Reconvilier 9, in Tavannes
1985 Creation of Swiss Technology Far East Ltd (Switec) in Hong Kong, a fully owned subsidiary
1988 Expansion to second manufacturing plant at Rue H.F. Sandoz 62, in Tavannes
1988 Marc Küffer takes over as Managing Director
1994 New administration buildings inaugurated in Bienne
1997 Management Buyout successfully completed
2005 Management acquires 100%25 of the share capital
2007 Argantis GmbH, Cologne, becomes financial partner. Management remains in place and is still an important shareholder
